 Cedarbrook Granola

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup nuts (any variety you choose)
1 cup mixed dried fruit (raisins, cherries, cranberries--your choice)
1 tbsp walnut or almond oil
1/2 tsp Kosher salt

Preheat oven to 375°.

Mix oats, nuts, sunflower seeds, butter (or oil), sugar and honey in a mixing bowl.

Lay on baking tray in even, thin layer and bake in oven until golden brown (approximately 7-12 minutes).

When done, remove the granola from the tray and mix in salt and flavored oil.

Place back on tray and let cool to room temperature.
