Lemon Curd, Granola & Berry Parfaits

Serves 4

This is a delicious and light dessert that would follow any meal well.


  • 1 cup organic whole milk Greek vanilla yogurt (we used Nancy's)
  • 1 cup lemon curd (we used Paradigm)
  • 1 cup crunchy granola (we used a blueberry granola found in Town & Country's bulk area)
  • 1 cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries, or a mix!)


In a cup, layer 2 tbsp of vanilla yogurt, then 2 tbsp of lemon curd, 2 tbsp granola, and 2 tbsp of berries. Repeat.
