Shake 22

Our almost annual look at the latest and greatest shake we're currently enjoying.

Raspberry/Chocolate Vanilla Shake

Serves 2

It's 2022 and it's time to add a new shake to the morning menu. Since 2001 we've been publishing a shake recipe almost every January. They were actually smoothies until about 2016 when we tossed out the bananas.

This year we're combining a few of our favorite flavors, adding a new fruit and a new ingredient that is getting lots of attention.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup organic probiotic whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 handful frozen kale
  • 1 TBS almond butter
  • 1 scoop/serving grass fed chocolate protein powder
  • 1 scoop/serving grass fed vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop/serving collagen
  • ½ cup whole dry oats (oatmeal)

Method

1. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend for 1 minute. Then serve.

Notes

It goes without saying, but it needs to be said - use as many ORGANIC ingredients as you can get your hands on!
