Designed by Okano Picard Studio, the space blends modern elegance with the laid-back atmosphere of a neighborhood tavern. The open-concept design includes a spacious dining room, an energetic bar area, and an open-air patio, offering guests the perfect setting for casual gatherings. Warm wood tones, industrial finishes, and plenty of natural light create a welcoming and relaxed environment. The space also features multiple large-screen TVs, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a game or a leisurely afternoon with friends.
The Victor Tavern, conveniently located on Eastlake Avenue near Fairview and Chandler’s Cove, is set to be the neighborhood's new go-to destination for casual dining. Under the culinary leadership of Chef Taylor Johnson and the expert beverage direction of Erik Carlson, it will offer daily lunch and dinner, as well as weekend brunch. Guests can enjoy a vibrant bar, spacious dining room, and open-air patio—perfect for relaxing with friends or unwinding after a long day. The Victor Tavern will host a daily Happy Hour from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, offering delicious snacks, refreshing cocktails, local beers, and signature items like the Victory Burger, Polenta Fries, and Smoky Tavern Wings. Weekend brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, perfect for anyone looking to start their weekend with a satisfying meal.
