Asian Peach Glazed Pork Chops

  • 2 pork chops
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • ½ tbsp robust olive oil (Nocellara, Hojiblanca, Picual)
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Peach White Balsamic
  • 1.5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp chicken stock
  • 1/8 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 peach, quartered

  1. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in pan and sear the chops on all sides over medium-high heat. Remove chops and set aside.
  2. Add pressed garlic to pan and cook until fragrant. Turn heat to low and add honey, balsamic, soy sauce, chicken stock, and sesame oil. Bring the sauce to a rapid boil and add the chops and quartered peach. Cook the chops to your desired temperature, flipping them and peach quarters several times to ensure sauce covers all.
