Lai Rai

FA new spot in Belltown, Lai Rai (relax, enjoy the moment) will wow you with their mix of family recipes and modern twists, along with a fun cocktail list that is as colorful as tropical birds (check out The Jungle and The Garden). Don't hold back here, move out of your comfort zone a bit, and enjoy a truly delicious experience. Head in for small plates and cocktails, or focus on main dishes like pork ribs, lion's mane mushroom katsu, or banh mi. Bring the kids or come for happy hour. The music is cool, the staff is fun.

Because we're Seattle, sometimes restaurants in hotels get overlooked. Don't make that mistake with TIDAL+ at Hyatt Olive 8.
