Christmas and New Year's at Water's Table

We all want a friend with a lakeside house where we could relax, eat, and drink. Good news-we do! The Hyatt Regency on Lake Washington is your perfect pal: you can overnight or drop in for a meal. Christmas day at Water's Table brings a prix fixe four-course dinner with starters for the table and entrée choices of lamb shank, prime rib, roasted chicken, or cauliflower steak, plus dessert.
