Seattle Wine and Food Experience

You're holding a plate with several different gourmet bites, all popping with flavor, and surrounded with booths offering even more scrumptiousness. In your other hand, a wine sample from a winery you've always wanted to try. You can see more wineries, cideries, distilleries, breweries on the horizon. Oh, if dreams could come true.

Wait! It's not a dream, it's the Seattle Wine and Food Experience, taking place Thursday-Saturday, February 20-22. For a real dream come true, you could attend all three events, exploring comfort food and craft brews, seafood and sparkling wine, and a showcase for wine, other beverage, food, and Northwest lifestyle. Or you can pick and choose to explore your favorite theme.

Comfort is all about feel-good food and beverage-mac and cheese, fried chicken, beer, cider. Sweet and savory items from gastropubs, burger joints, taverns and more. There is a French Fry Bar with Katsu Burger, a Bloody Mary bar, and a cocktail bar from Perfect Pour Cocktail Co.

POP! Bubbles & Seafood is a rare opportunity to dress up in casual Seattle. Look great while savoring salmon, clams, oysters, and more. Sample sparkling wines, Champagne, Spanish Cava, Italian Prosecco, and more: over 30 to choose and taste. There will also be rosé, white, and premium reserve reds, a specialty cocktail and cider to taste. Twenty of Seattle's top chefs will be on hand, along with Goose Point Shellfish Farm & Oystery. And DJ Dubreezy Tunes so people will think you're swaying with the music, not the alcohol (think ride share!).

Immerse yourself on Saturday in the Grand Tasting where it all comes together. Wines, beer, cider, spirits from the Northwest and beyond: Montinore Estate, San Juan Seltzer, Torii Mor Winery, Wild Tonic, Co Dinn Cellars, Glass Distillery, JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, Treveri Cellars, pFriem Family Brewers, 2 Towns Ciderhouse, and more. Amazing food will be offered by Tulalip Resort Casino concepts, Anthony's, Addo, Gnocchi Bar, Le Coin, Copine, Matt's in the Market, White Swan, Taylor Shellfish, Revolve Food & Wine, and more. Try bites from restaurants on your hit list and learn from culinary experts. Artisan food producers will talk to you about what they do, and you can try their products. There will be sensory experiences (as if the event isn't one giant sensory experience), and educational opportunities. Plus lifestyle information, like 58 Stars (custom travel experiences), Master Garden Products, La Panzanella, Flyhomes, and more. Five hours you're thinking, that's a lot. You'll never get to everyone, there's so much going on.

Important to know is that this is a 21 and older event and everyone will need to have a valid I.D. to enter any of the events.
