Water Grill Bellevue

Ryan Shepherd joins the Water Grill Bellevue crew as the General Manager, originally from the Water Grill Las Vegas, where he served as the Senior Restaurant manager. A seasoned hospitality employee, Shepherd brings with him over 10 years' experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality industry. He has held many positions as he worked his way up through restaurants, moving from Dishwasher to Manager. His previous experience includes Las Vegas based Caesars Palace, Boyd Gaming, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, The Venetian, Station Casinos, Wynn Las Vegas, and MGM Resorts. He credits his vast experiences, as well as navigating through the impact of the pandemic on the hospitality industry, to his ability to adapt to challenges and lead with empathy and perspective.

Shepherd believes in a "Guest First" mindset, and measures success based on every person he and his team serve. They strive to create a premier experience that is shaped not only by the quality of food and friendly service, but by everything from the décor of the restaurant, Water Grill's signature copper bar top, right down to the silverware.

Shepherd is excited to help bring Water Grill to Bellevue and the Pacific Northwest, a region already rich in seafood and fishing culture. He looks forward to taking an active role within the local community and helping Water Grill integrate into downtown Bellevue.
