FOX Sports Grill   206-340-1369
1522 6th Ave, Seattle   Downtown
Lots of "natural" wonders here--a couple of waterfalls and some rock walls. Upstairs inside the entrance are more tables with ringside seats for watching sidewalk sports as well as those on TV. Downstairs the bar/dining area has several large screen TVs and numerous small screens around the room--can't miss a moment of FOX! A separate non-blaring TV dining room (of course there is a TV there, it's just turned down a bit) is a nice change of pace. The wine room is great for a private party. Chicken strips, prime rib dips, steaks and a fresh sheet plus some nice desserts are what to expect from the menu. Tasty large salads, also. Breakfast is available on weekends until 2 p .m. Full bar.
Specializing in American, Sports, Breakfast (weekends only), Banquet, Kid-Friendly.

Sibling to the original pub in West Seattle, it's larger but with the same intent to be a hang out for families in the neighborhood. Check out the window in the floor where you can see into the brewery. As with West Seattle, there's a brewer on staff working hard on your behalf. High-end pub food complements the beer.

Elliott Bay Brewing Company   206-932-8695

KISS Café   206-789-KISS (5477)
2817 NW Market St, Seattle   Ballard
Keep it simple Seattle! And the KISS Café does just that. The menu features basic sandwiches as well as a few standards perhaps you hadn’t thought about in a while like a PB&J. There are also a few soup and salad offerings. Things get a little adventuresome, uh - spicy, when you order up Oakley’s Jambalya which incorporates jalapenos where the Okra used to be. They tout an extensive beer and wine selection (sorry kids, no hard drinks here--uh-well, they do have hard cider). Ambience is modernesque with no less than three widescreen TVs making this a good location for the afternoon game.

8003 Seaview Ave NW, Seattle   Ballard
Burgers, dogs, fries and fish & chips lead the way at this fast food stand in the most unlikely place--at the south end of Golden Gardens park. Specializing in Burgers, Ice Cream, Hot Dogs, Kid-Friendly.

Lunchbox Laboratory   206-706-3092
7302 15th Ave NW, Seattle   Ballard
Gigantic, tasty burgers will have you looking for your to-go box before you ever place your order! Beyond the norm is the name of the game here with numerous concoctions of your favorite proteins on the bun. And yes, Martha, you can get the much sought-after TurDuckIn in Seattle. In 2010, they'll be adding experimental and traditional hot dogs, sweets, more sides and new shakes.
Specializing in Burgers, Hot Dogs, Lunch, Kid-Friendly.

Norm's Eatery & Ale House   206-547-1417
460 N 36th St, Seattle   Fremont
Norm's is one of those places that's comfortable the minute you walk in. It's fairly dark but has a few window tables for those who want light. Although it is an ale house with a nice bar along one side, kids are welcome in the restaurant and have their own four-item menu. Adults get to have more fun with vodka cream sauce on penne or the build-a-burger (beef, chicken or vegie).
Specializing in American, Kid-Friendly.
