Northwest chefs provide hands-on training to small groups of 8.
- Each chef trains three groups
of people for 30 minutes each.
- Wineries pair their wines
with the chefs' food.
- Live auction and door prizes
with your hosts Auctioneer Fred Northup, Jr., and Chef Jeremy McLachlan
of Salty's Seafood Grills.
The evening starts with treats from B & E Meats and Seafood on the front deck: summer sausage, salmon candy, beer, wine, bubbles, French Cider, and that fabulous Salty's view! French Cider will be pouring poire as you check in.
best of all, it’s a fundraiser, with proceeds benefiting Pike Place Market Foundation.
Cost is $175 per person (no refunds as this is a fundraiser).
This year's event takes place
again in the banquet rooms at
Salty's on Alki.
Check in for registered attendees begins at 6 p.m. (pre-registration is
a must for this sell-out event). Classes begin at 7 p.m.
