04 /06     Tequila Tasting & Cocktail Making Class at Seastar

Join us from 3-4pm for an interactive tasting and cocktail making experience guided by Lead Bartender, Joe Wargo. Explore two private barrel selections of Rosa Blanco and Barrel Strength Añejo along with award winning Código 1530 Reposado. 04 /08     Rumba/Inside Passage Guided Rum Tasting

Join uat 6pm for a guided tasting and talk with Diplomatico’s Maestro Ronero, Nelson Hernande We’ll be tasting through three pours of some of Venezuela’s best rums: Diplomatico Planas, Matuano and Reserva Exclusiva. Learn about Diplomatico’s production process, from cane fields to their three stills. A welcome cocktail and light appetizer will be provided. 04 /13     Horseradish-making Class at WIT Cellars

WIT Cellars is hosting a small group to make your very own horseradish with the Horseradish Making Master, Curt Vangstad. Curt has been making fresh horseradish for over 40 years with Grandma Laura’s secret recipe. Ticket price includes: a glass of wine when you arrive, 3-hour horseradish making class, you take home what you make, and dinner at the end of the day. 3-7pm (3-6pm class, 6-7pm dinner) Where: Prosser Tasting Room. Dinner: Wine Club member and good friend, Chef Randy Littlefield and his wife Beth, will be cooking up a delicious dinner! Check it out! Dinner menu: Creamy smoked salmon horseradish dip servered on a crostini; Crispy smashed golden potatoes with horseradish crema and chive; Herb crusted, slow roasted pork loin on an onion roll served with horseradish mayo Top sirloin beef served on an onion roll with horseradish mayo; Northwest broccoli slaw with tangy horseradish citrus dressing. 04 /13     Elliott's Oyster Classes

Join us for a unique and interactive oyster experience hosted by Executive Chef Robert Spaulding! Learn to shuck oysters or hone your skills while enjoying an oyster wine flight. Leave supplied with your own shucking knife, skills, and knowledge to take home. Local oyster lore and history, tools of the trade, technique, and more will be shared. Class Includes: Glass of bubbles at the beginning of class 9 oysters per person, featuring 4 local oyster species (Pacific, Olympia, Virginica, and Kumamoto). 3 of these oysters will be used to practice your shucking. 04 /18     Eat, Drink, & Be Generous!

Join us for an evening filled with fun, food, and philanthropy at Eat, Drink, & Be Generous! 6-9pm. Ethan Stowell Restaurants & United Way of King County are joining forces to host a fantastic get-together filled with mouth-watering food from beloved local chefs and a special performance by the talented Benjamin Gibbard of Death Cab for Cutie and The Postal Service! All donations collected will be used to help provide safe homes, food security, and equitable job opportunities. It's not every day that you get to party while making a differnce, so grab your tickets today! The event will take place at Fremont Studios. Tickets include small plates from all restaurants, beer, wine, and no-alcohol drinks (coctails available at additional cost), Benjamin Gibbard performance. Join us at 6 p.m. for the Damilano 5-course wine dinner at Mill Creek. $140 all inclusive. 05 /09     Walla Walla Wine Weekend

Walla Walla Wine Weekend Event will be hosted by The Table Less Traveled in conjunction with winemakers and wineries like Echolands, Valdemar, and Force Majeure. Imagine a weekend filled with exclusive events like a private tasting menu and conversation with Top Chef contestant, Robin Leventhal, a wine-blending class with Devyani Gupta, “one of three women sharing the future of wine” says the Seattle Times, and so many more experiences that are unreplicatable outside of this one-time event. They are only offering 14 spots for the event on May 9-12, 2024 to keep it intimate and exclusive.
